It’s not only a place for a quick bite and pit stop.
Nakayama Toge is a small local ski resort with tracks for all levels. Many local pros choose it for practicing.

And Yotei-san is not the only beautiful place around. Just take your time and enjoy the drive in the area. Clear rivers, wild animals and birds, forests, and flower fields – unique nature of Hokkaido that most of the tourists would miss by taking busses or trains.
